1. Incorporation
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms part of the Platform Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.
2. Prohibited uses and products
- Illegal goods or services; stolen data; malware; weapons where unlawful.
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, pyramid or ponzi schemes.
- Fake guaranteed returns or unlicensed regulated financial activity.
- Counterfeit goods or clear intellectual-property infringement.
- Hate, harassment, or violent extremism content.
- Using the platform to custody third-party funds without authorisation.
- Spam, scraping that harms the service, or bypassing security/licensing.
3. Enforcement and appeals
We may investigate reports, remove offers, and suspend accounts. Where practical, we provide a reason and a path to appeal via hello@afripaystudio.com. We may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests.
