1. Digital products
Afripay Studio primarily sells digital services and software access. After successful payment, provisioning of Business Kits, workspaces, and templates may begin immediately.
2. General policy
- One-time purchases: refund requests within 7 days if no substantial provisioning or usage has occurred, evaluated case-by-case.
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime; fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Annual plans: pro-rata refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if minimal usage occurred.
- Founder Lifetime and agency/whitelabel licenses: subject to the terms displayed at checkout; generally non-refundable after activation.
3. Non-refundable items
- Third-party payment processing fees.
- Custom implementation work already delivered.
- Enterprise Platform License deposits after contract execution milestones.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@afripaystudio.com with your order email, plan name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 5–10 business days.
