1. Which rules apply?
We avoid blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” wording. Statutory consumer rights may apply and are not excluded where the law does not allow exclusion.
- AfripayStudio software plans (cancel renewal / billing refund) → Subscription and Billing Terms (/legal/subscription-billing/).
- Creator product purchases (refund, cancel order, delivery complaints) → Buyer Purchase and Refund Terms (/legal/buyer-purchase-refund/) + the creator’s disclosed policy on the sales page.
- Afripay Escrow deals → Afripay Escrow Agreement (/legal/escrow/).
2. Cancel a creator order
Contact the creator using the details on the checkout, receipt, or thank-you page. Include your email and payment reference. Whether the order can be cancelled before or after fulfilment depends on the creator’s policy and applicable law.
AfripayStudio cannot reverse a payment that already settled to the creator’s Flutterwave, Paystack, or Stripe account except through the creator’s refund process, a lawful chargeback process, or an active Afripay Escrow workflow.
3. Cancel an AfripayStudio subscription
Use account settings or email hello@afripaystudio.com. See Subscription and Billing Terms for renewal stop and any refund windows.
