AfripayStudio is operated by Afrigates Digital Limited ("Afripay", "we", "us"), CAC Reg. No. 9332314.
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data on afripaystudio.com, related apps, and Studio services. It is intended to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and applicable regulations.

2. Roles
For account, billing, security, and platform operations data, Afrigates Digital Limited typically acts as a data controller.
When a creator collects customer data on their funnel (leads, buyers, form submissions), the creator often acts as controller for that customer relationship. Afripay may act as a processor or platform operator hosting that data—see any Data Processing Agreement that applies to your plan.
3. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, business details, credentials.
- Workspace and funnel content you create or upload.
- Buyer workspace data linked to purchases and access tokens where used.
- Payment/billing data for Studio subscriptions (card data handled by payment partners; we do not store full PAN).
- Usage, device, IP, logs, and diagnostics.
- Support and communications content.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Notice).
4. How we use data
- Provide and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process Studio subscription billing.
- Host creator funnels and related delivery features.
- Send transactional messages; send marketing only with appropriate consent where required.
- Prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law.
5. Sharing
We share data with processors such as hosting, email, analytics, AI providers (as configured), and payment partners (e.g. Flutterwave, Paystack, Stripe) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Creator payment checkouts may send buyer payment details directly to the creator’s gateway under that gateway’s privacy terms.
6. Retention and security
We retain data as needed to provide Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures; no method is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to the NDPA and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and lodge a complaint with the relevant Nigerian authority. We may need to verify your identity.
8. Children
Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Updates
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
