Afripay ownership
Afripay Studio owns the platform software, website design, Afripay branding, template library, knowledge base structure, documentation, and marketing materials, except third-party components governed by their licenses.
Your content
You retain ownership of original content you create or upload. You grant Afripay a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Services.
Templates & outputs
Purchased hosted plans include a license to use templates and generated assets for your business as described in your plan. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform code.
Enterprise Platform License buyers receive source code rights under a separate written agreement.
Trademarks
Afripay Studio, Afripay, and related marks are trademarks of Afripay. Do not use our marks without permission except as allowed for fair reference.
